The AC Luxury Villa is the resort’s premium stay — individual air-conditioned rooms with a spacious layout, modern amenities, and an expansive private balcony. It sits in the same riverside setting as the rest of the property, near Kanakapura Road.
Space and privacy set it apart: roomy interiors, elegant furnishings, air-conditioning, and a large balcony for morning coffee or sunset views. It is built for guests who want a premium, restful base rather than a basic room.
The villa is ideal for 2 to 4 members, with the option of 2 extra cot beds for additional guests. That flexibility lets a family or small group stay under one roof.
It works for both, in different ways. Couples get privacy, quiet, and the balcony to themselves, while families benefit most from the extra space and cot beds. Groups larger than six are better spread across quad rooms.
The villa is Amegundi’s most private stay, with spacious air-conditioned interiors and an expansive balcony for sunset views, which makes it the usual pick for honeymooners. Couples on a lighter budget can consider the Standard Couple Room instead.
The booking includes a complimentary welcome drink, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, pool access, and adventure coupons for the rope course. Meal plans can be confirmed while booking.
Villa guests can use the swimming pool, rope games, indoor games such as table tennis, carrom, chess, and mini golf, and outdoor sports like cricket, volleyball, basketball, football, and badminton. Evenings bring the DJ session, mist dance, and campfire.
The villa is the most spacious option and the only one with a large private balcony, positioned as the premium tier. The Deluxe AC Rooms offer air-conditioned comfort with a pool view at a lower rate.
